I have lived in jackson county all my life. I have been married to Kathy Porter Dean for 27 years.We have one son, William (Will), who is a 20 year old sophmore at UAH, majoring in mechanical engineering. I attended the Diesel Mechanics Program at Jackson County Technical School (currently known as EPCOT) from 1976 to 1979. I hope, with the good Lord's help, to be a benefit and a positive influence to my students, as I feel that my former instructor (Mr.Bobby Rodgers) was to me.
