HOSA stands for Health and Occupational Students of America. The mission of HOSA is to enhance the delivery of compassionate, quality health care by providing opportunities for knowledge, skill and leadership development of all health science technology students, therefore, helping the students to meet the needs of the health care industry.
Members of our HOSA chapter are active in volunteer/community projects, such as Relay for Life, MMI Breast Center 5K run/walk, CASA food drive, and the Warm Hands glove drive. Students also have the opportunity to compete in HOSA competition at the state level.
